Our Teaching Teams

Our team is chosen for their caring and loving nature towards children. Staff are to greet children daily, role model compassion and respect, be actively engaged with children, and work together to create a nurturing and supportive environment. Classroom teachers are certified in Early Childhood Education, knowledgeable in child development, and are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educationally appropriate setting for all children, with ongoing training in Early Childhood Development, Health and Safety, and appropriate practices. 

Our Training Program
Our parent company, Quality Connections, was founded with the mission of helping adults with disabilities learn the skills they need to live more independently in the community. We help Quality Connections achieve this goal with our training program, where members who strive for a career in Early Childhood Education receive the training and skills they need in order to work in the community. Our on-site Job Coach supports our members as they navigate their Early Childhood Education careers.
